Panel Inspection

Did you know that there is preventative maintenance we can do for the electrical system of your home? It’s called a Panel Inspection and can be crucial to the longevity of your home’s electrical system. First, we remove the cover from your electrical panel then visually inspect your breakers, check the high voltage, neutral & ground wiring connections to your breakers and finally, tighten any loose connections.

Loose connections in your panel are usually just the result of expansion and contraction due to temperature changes in the panel, but they can also cause any number of preventable electrical problems and wreak mild havoc on your home. A loose connection can make your breakers fail prematurely, your lights dim or flicker, air conditioning equipment malfunction, and can even cause your utility bills to go up because of current overdraw.

Panel Upgrades

GFCI Protected Outlets

There are two different types of GFCI’s in homes. One is the GFCI outlet and the other is the GFCI circuit breaker. The outlet and the breaker both do the same job; however each have different functions and limitations.
